Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
You, our customer, are the most important aspect of our business. Therefore we offer a ‘Customer Satisfaction Guarantee’. We constantly try to improve our systems and strive to exceed your expectations of customer service. Our policy states that unless you are fully satisfied with the products you received, we offer you to return it for a full refund or exchange.
How our Return Policy works
Sometimes it happens that our customers order items but change their mind after the order has been dispatched. Or customers purchase a miniature as a birthday or Christmas gift, but didn’t get it quite right. There is no point in adding a mahogany double bed to existing walnut bedroom furniture. In these cases you are able to return or exchange these items following our return policy - no problem.
Our return policy states that we charge a 20% re-stocking fee – as this is what our suppliers charge us for returned goods. However, we try our best to keep this fee at 10% or at zero if at all possible. We will only ever charge on what’s absolutely necessary.
Our Specials
When visiting our shop we recommend the first thing you do is check out our monthly specials! We change our specials on a monthly basis and try to include a bit of everything, some doll house kits, some dollhouse furniture sets, some dolls for dolls houses, some miniature lights and some other doll house accessories.
